Shipping Price

Shipping Price will vary. It is based on the number of items ordered. (1 Item is $5.95), (2 Items is $6.95), (3 Items is $7.95), (4 Items is $8.95), (5-20 Items $9.95), (21-30 Items $11.95), (31-40 Items $15.95), (41-50 Items $19.95), (51-60 Items $24.95), (61-70 Items $27.95), (71-80 Items $30.95), (81-90 Items $32.95), (91-100 Items $35.95).

Shipping Policies

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

I will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most  orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.


Return Policy

Unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selection carefully.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process you return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process you return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

Damaged Goods Policy

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, I may file a claim  to investigate the situation. The claim form is below:

After receiving the claim, I will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the drop shipper that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
